Drainage Solutions

Water management is vital for landscaping and hardscape projects. Whether you’ve noticed soft spots in your lawn or need a system for a new patio, we offer solutions to keep your property dry. We don’t just bury pipes; we direct water to the right place.

Channel and Deck Drain

These are high-capacity, low-profile drains integrated directly into pool decks or patios. They catch surface water immediately, preventing puddles and slip hazards on your finished masonry.

French Drains

Designed to handle subsurface water. We use perforated pipe surrounded by clean stone to intercept “hidden” water in the ground and redirect it before it can cause the soil to shift or saturate

Catch Basins & Yard Drains

For low spots in the yard where water tends to sit. These heavy-duty grates collect surface runoff during heavy rain and move it through a solid pipe system to a proper discharge point.

Downspout Integration

Roof water is often the biggest cause of yard issues. We pipe your gutters underground, moving that volume of water away from your foundation and your new hardscape features.

The Build Process

1. Pitch & Layout

Gravity is the only thing that makes drainage work. We determine the proper pitch of the land to ensure that every foot of pipe is angled correctly. Without a consistent downward slope, water will sit in the pipe and the system will eventually fail.

2. Excavation & Dirt Management

Installing a proper drain requires significant excavation. A common part of our process is managing the “spoils”—the dirt we dig out. This excess soil must be hauled away or redistributed elsewhere in your yard because we cannot use it to backfill the drain.

3. Stone & Pipe Installation

We backfill our drainage trenches with clean stone. This allows water to actually reach the pipe rather than being blocked by packed dirt. We use high-quality piping and ensure all connections are secure and built to handle the local soil pressure.

4. Discharge & Finishing

The system is only as good as its exit point. We ensure the water is discharged legally and functionally, whether through a bubbler pot, a dry well, or a natural runoff area. Once the pipe is set, we restore the surface with the finish of your choice (Sod, Seed, or Stone).
