Do I need to be home for the maintenance visits?
No. Most of our clients are busy professionals. We perform all exterior services and audits autonomously, emailing your photo-verified Digital Health Report the moment we finish.
When does my plan begin?
Your protection starts immediately. Upon signing up, we perform an initial “First Look” assessment to audit your property’s current health and integrate you into the current season’s service cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
Our plans are annual agreements billed monthly to keep your property protection on autopilot. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan with 30 days’ notice.
Can I add specialty services later?
Absolutely. Your plan is flexible—you can add Holiday Lighting, Leaf Management, or any of our “Concierge” services at any time throughout the year.
What if my house is larger than average?
The “Starting at” prices cover our most standard serviced homes. For estates with extensive hardscaping or complex drainage systems, we will provide a custom-tailored quote during your initial assessment.
